What Can GoGenieLift.com Do for You?
Did you know that Genie has not one but two websites to help you find exactly what you are looking for? You are probably most familiar with GenieLift.com, our company’s main webpage where you go to find out information on, as well as specifications for, our equipment. Once you’ve purchased a Genie® aerial lift, now you need detailed information on parts and services for that unit. Whether you own one Genie machine or a fleet of units, our second website — GoGenieLift.com — is a webpage you need to know about.
GoGenieLift.com is a site we’ve designed to support you, and your Genie equipment, after the sale. Here are six things it can do for you:
#1 Access Your Account
When you have an account with Genie, for parts ordering and service support, you will get a login to GoGenieLift.com. With this login, you will be able to look up your account in our system under the “Account” tab and search for specific invoices and account statements. This information will help you track purchases, see current balances owed and reconcile your inventory.
#2 Get Service Updates
While you are logged into GoGenieLift.com, click on the “Service” tab and check out the latest service bulletins issued for your Genie equipment. You can access the service manuals for your equipment, as well as sure you keep up-to-date on all the preventive maintenance tasks recommended to keep your Genie aerial equipment up and running at peak efficiency.
Under the “Service” tab, you are also able to submit warranty claims, and check the status of warranty claims you’ve submitted. This helps you track the warranty claim process on each of your Genie units, making sure you are up-to-date on the most recent progress on your claim(s).
#3 Order Parts
The “Parts” tab on GoGenieLift.com allows you to search for parts, check on availability and pricing, place orders, check on the status of orders, request a return on an order and review an existing return. This tab also provides you with easy access to the parts manuals for your Genie equipment, making it easy to find the right Genie Genuine Part when you need it.
#4 Use the Unit Configurator
Want to know more about your Genie machine? The “Unit Configurator” tab is where you need to go. Type in your machine’s serial number, and from here, you can access detailed information your aerial equipment, including in-depth specs, parts/service/owner’s manuals, open service bulletins, component descriptions and parts lookup capabilities.
#5 Make Changes to your Account
The “Administration” tab on GoGenieLift.com gives you admin access to your account, allowing you to see account features, such as who has access to your account, manage your settings, as well as to make changes and updates as needed, including password resets. It is important for you to visit this tab and check to make sure your account is set-up the way you want it to be.
#6 Other Features
In addition to the tabs listed in the Main Menu on GoGenieLift.com, there are several other features on this site to help you out. First, we offer multi-language support. If English isn’t your first language, click on the “Language” tab in the upper right-hand corner to choose a language you are more comfortable with.
On the main page of the GoGenieLift.com, we offer information on new maintenance protocols you need to be aware of, as well as highlight details on promotions or special programs we currently have going.
Not exactly sure where to go to find what you are looking for? That’s okay, GoGenieLift.com has a “Keyword Search” function (located in the upper right-hand corner) to help you out. Type in a description of what you need to find, and the site will help you navigate through a series of choices to get you to the right information.
