Every site has different lighting challenges. The new articulating Terex® AL8000 HT light tower offers the industry-leading flexibility to adapt to them all with smooth, convenient hydraulic operation and multiple ways
to position light right where you need it.
With 28 ft (8.5 m) of vertical height, 20 ft (6.1 m) of horizontal outreach and 359º of powered boom rotation, it’s perfect for mining industry applications — including directing light up and over berms or down into the mines. It’s also a versatile option for other applications — from railroads and construction sites to airports and municipal facilities.

Power Generation
The AL8000 HT features an 8 kW (10.7 hp) generator for power needs. Optional 12 kW (16 hp) or 20 kW (26.8 hp) generators offer additional power for more tools, equipment and other site needs with single phase 120-V and 240-V receptacles.

Auto-Start
Allows the unit to start and stop at predetermined times or with a photo cell that senses ambient light. Once the light tower is in position, your jobsite can be lit up and ready to go when you arrive — no fumbling for the controls in the dark. |

Added Fuel Capacity
The AL8000 HT can run up to 60 hours on the standard 13.6 hp (10 kW) Kubota engine and 30-gal (114 L) fuel tank. Add a second optional 30-gal (114 L) tank for maximum runtime without refilling. |

The light bar tilts 180º, and each
light pivots in two perpendicular directions — 180º front-to-back and 360º side-to-side. You can point each light in a separate, precise direction and lock it in place with a simple spring clip, no tools required.
Extend and rotate the mast into multiple operating positions with efficient hydraulic power. The mast features 359º of non-continuous rotation and can reach out to the front, back and sides of the machine as well as overhead for maximum flexibility.
Lockable covers, a battery isolator switch and a weather-resistant cabinet stand up to the rigors of worksite use, while flush-mounted reflector lights offer maximum protection to minimize service needs. Engine compartment lights improve nighttime visibility for fluid refills and operation on the jobsite.
Tow the trailer-mounted AL8000 HT or fit up to six units in one truckload, thanks to the compact 8 ft 2 in
(2.49 m) stowed length. Forklift pockets allow convenient loading, while a single crane lift point makes it easy to place the unit in difficult-to-access worksites.
